              In support of Marine Squadron HMM 764 stationed in Edwards Air Force Base, I was responsible for the daily on time arrival of gears, supplies, and equipment which was coming from MALS 16 MCAS Miramar, San Diego. Transferred to Aircraft Corrosion Control, as a promotion. I was part of a team which had the responsibility of cleaning and checking Airframes of  aircraft for defects and keep detailed reports, Lubrication of all points of the Rotors and Landing gears and keep updated maintenance reports on all individual aircraft. Aircraft serviced were  C-130, F-18, V-22, CH-53, CH-46, AH-1, UH-1.

Plan, organize, and manage the overall expansion projects awarded to us by the major telecommunications companies in the Philippines. Responsibilities include review of plans and analysis of projects, preparation of construction documents, negotiations, sub-contractor selection, materials purchasing and quality control, scheduling, and safety and quality compliance. Directly supervise all project engineers, site engineers and control over all subcontractors.

 

Wireless Cell Site Projects 2001-2007

-     Handled site acquisition trouble shooting for troubled sites, as permits  were unique

     in its own way for some sites, Municipalities had very diverse ordinances and I had to

     tackle them accordingly, I would say I was 95% successful in obtaining sites in the

      optimal locations with in project schedule time frame.

-     Negotiated logistics of construction materials delivery to far-flung sites and justifying

the cost to the clients, and so as not to delay the completion of these projects.

-          Over all in charge of the construction of cell sites and delivery of the same with in

schedule without compromising quality.

-          Delivery of projects on time while meeting strict timelines and budget requirements
